UK Standard Delivery - £4.00 (delivered within 3-5 working days)
UK First Class Delivery - £5.00 (delivered within 1-2 working days)
Delivery charge is free on orders over £100 within the UK.
International Delivery - £15.00 (delivered within 3-7 working days)
Once we receive your order we begin to process it right away, therefore we do not offer you the chance to cancel your order once it has been placed.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit on full-priced items, which needs to be returned to us within 7 days. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with an exchange on sale items. Please note: we do not offer refunds and we cannot accept an exchange if you have removed our tag from the item or the item is not in saleable condition, and we cannot accept exchanges on accessories such as jewellery and headbands for sanitary reasons. The delivery cost to return the item should be paid by you with proof of postage sent to email@example.com.
We have a quality control process to ensure all items sent to our customers are of high quality. However we realise there may be problems along its journey to you. If your order is damaged or faulty in any way upon delivery, please inform us within 24 hours. You MUST provide photographic evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the tag has been removed we cannot offer you compensation.
